Dr. Kumudhini Subramanian

Dr. Kumudhini Subramanian is an award-winning, board-certified dermatologist with accolades that place her among the top in her field.
She is the only South Indian to receive the prestigious Strauss and Katz Scholarship from the American Academy of Dermatology (2021), a recipient of the Rising Star Scholarship at the World Congress of Dermatology (2023), and the winner of the esteemed Professor F. Handa Award.
With core expertise in clinical dermatology, pediatric dermatology, cosmetology, and dermatosurgery, she blends global recognition with compassionate, patient-first care. Her special interest in pediatric skin conditions and aesthetic dermatology allows her to offer personalized solutions that are both safe and transformative. She strongly believes in holistic transformation rather than localised approaches. That’s what makes her practice more distinguished.
She holds multiple distinguished qualifications including an MD and DNB in Dermatology, along with fellowships from the Academy of General Education (FAGE) and Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (FRGUHS). Her commitment to advancing dermatology is evident in her numerous national and international research publications covering complex skin conditions like alopecia areata, bullous pemphigoid, lichen planus, and more. She is also trained in minimally invasive skin procedures and has a keen interest in evidence-based cosmetic treatments.
Beyond her clinical work, Dr. Kumudhini is passionate about public education in skin health. Her media presence including interviews, expert Q&A sessions, and educational social media content has helped make dermatological knowledge more accessible. Dr Kumudhini’s research interests align towards regenerative dermatology, clean skincare and advanced interventional treatment options. As the Chief Consultant at our centre, she leads with empathy, clinical excellence, and a mission to redefine holistic skin and hair care for every individual.
